This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit payment.

Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. 

To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or ACH Bank Account information available.

*****PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL FAMILIES WILL ALSO BE REQUIRED TO COMPLETE 4 HOURS OF VOLUNTEER HOURS PER PLAYER.  VOLUNTEER HOURS ARE FULFILLED BY SUCH TASKS AS WORKING THE SNACKBAR, CHAIN GANG DURING GAMES, ANNOUNCING, ETC.   A $150.00  deposit will be collected via check or credit card form during equipment handout and will be returned or destroyed per your request once all equipment has been turned in at the end of the season.  A $100.00 deposit will be collected via check or credit card form during equipment handout and will be returned or destroyed per your request once all volunteer hours have been completed prior to the end of the season  *****

THERE IS ALSO A MANDATORY $50.00 TEAM DUES FEE THAT WILL BE COLLECTED BY THE TEAMS DURING THE SEASON.  THIS IS USED FOR THE END OF SEASON PARTY.*****
